  • Dispatch: If an order is placed on a Friday, it will be dispatched the following Monday.

2. Domestic Shipping (UAE)
  • Local Delivery: Local deliveries within Muwaileh and surrounding Sharjah/Dubai areas are typically completed within 1-2 business days once dispatched.
  • National Delivery: Deliveries to other Emirates usually take 2-3 business days.
  • Rates: Calculated at checkout based on the package weight and destination.
3. International Shipping
  • Global Reach: We proudly export our premium cardamom worldwide using trusted courier partners like DHL or FedEx.
  • Transit Times: International shipments generally take 5-10 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.
  • Duties & Taxes: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or quarantine inspection fees applied by their destination country. We recommend verifying your local agricultural import policies before placing an order.
4. Packaging & Quality Guarantee
  • Cardamom requires careful handling to preserve its volatile essential oils and flavor. All orders are vacuum-sealed or packaged in light-blocking, airtight bags.
  • If your package is damaged during transit, affecting the security of your cardamom, please contact us immediately for a resolution.
5. Order Tracking
  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an automated email containing a tracking number.
  • Use this tracking number to monitor your shipment's journey directly on our courier's web portal.
6. Address Disclaimer & Returns
  • Accuracy: Please ensure your delivery address is accurate. Packages returned to us due to incorrect addresses or failed delivery attempts will be subject to a reshipping fee.
  • Returns: Due to the perishable nature of our spices, all sales are final. However, if there is a defect or a fulfillment error, please refer to our full Return Policy.
